REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was believed to be remnant oil associated with the NOAA ResponseLink Hotline 10964, an ongoing wellhead blowout identified as the point source in this report. The slick was approximately 2.75 nm long and approx. 0.82 nm at its widest.  Winds were coming from the NW at 14 kt. *Due to new aerial photography and visual confirmation on site, a reanalysis was performed that led to a larger spill extent than previously reported.*

UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of this remnant slick were rough approximations due to several factors. First, part of the spill was situated in a coastal, marshy environment, where numerous false positives blend with the slick, making precise differentiation impossible. Additionally, there was image noise present which added another layer of difficulty.
