REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick extended about 2.5 NM long and appeared to originate from a facility. Additionally, the anomaly had a rainbow sheen, and a silvery sheen for a portion of its extent, which is consistent with thicker oil. Winds were out of the SE at 5 KT at the time of the image, which aligned well with the slick. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
